Ozarks Affordable Heating & Air Conditioning

This is my mom's house and I was here when they performed the service. They were very pleasant and very knowledgeable. They did a good job. We liked them. They were professional and good with answering questions. Overall, they were excellent. Their price was good. It was a lot less than what I thought it was going to be. Their quality of service was very, very good. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were excellent.

After calling Ozark Affordable HVAC, about an A/C problem, a repairman arrived within 5 hours which I thought was fantastic. This repairman first tried to repair the problems noted with my old A/C unit. After trying to repair individual pieces, it was determined that a new unit would be a better option than repairs. A very good explanation for this determination was made based on age of the unit, condition of the 3 major pieces that needed to be replaced and improvements to the overall HVAC for my residence. This unit was ordered, delivered and installed as arranged in a quick and effecient manner. After completing the job, the team collected their equipment and all of the old materials and trash for proper disposal. The only thing that could have been included to further improve the work effort was running the vacuum over the work area inside the house or at least asking to perform this task. This is the only reason I am not listing my recommendation for their inclusion to the Pages of Happiness referral.
