He did a very good job. He took off some extra branches to help the overall shape of the trees and removed branches that could potentially give us problems in the future if we had storms, etc. He had a helper who cleaned up the branches, etc. and did an excellent job. Also, cut up some of the larger branches for firewood, which we can use.

Called the provided to get an estimate prior to purchasing the Big Deal...I did NOT know this company, found out about them through Angie's list. However, when he gave an estimate, and I signed it, he stated that this was a signed contract and I could not use the Big Deal coupon. He stated that he had confirmed this with "Chris" at Angie's List. Subsequently, I would not honor the "contract" (that I thought was an estimate) and am, therefore, requesting a full refund of the $199.00 to my credit card. I would NOT recommend this business--he made three appointments and did not keep them. I called each time, and only today (September 18) when I called did he tell me that he had been informed to not honor the Angie's List Big Deal. Very unpleasant experience. I do hope that he will be removed from your A list!! H. Maurice Lednicky

Exceptional work all around. The big tree grew next to a power line and over my back porch, both of which are still in perfect condition. Randy took down both trees really close to ground level, cleaned up the yard and hauled all the brush away like he'd never been there (and watching them load it all on the trailer was entertaining, never would have thought he'd get all of that on one trailer load). Asked him to leave bigger branches and trunk behind for firewood and he even cut them up into manageable logs ready to split. Would definitely call again for any more tree work needed, in fact I asked him to quote another job for a family member when he left and he called with that quote in about an hour.

This was the hardest working three (3) men that I have ever seen. They did more than a professional job in the manner in which they cut the limbs and branches and then the final tree. They cleaned up their mess from cutting down the tree. We were very impressed by their work and would recommend them to anyone needing tree or yard service. Very well. Randy was as prompt as one could possibly be. I called him today, he came within half an hour, gave me an estimate, got the job done (at least a five-hour job) right on time. His fee was reasonable. Can't complain. Would use him again.

Randy arrived as promised and gave me an estimate. A few days later, he and his crew removed my dead tree and hauled off all the mess. He also cleaned up the dead branches on a redbud and hauled off a pile of brush. He then called Dig Rite and had the lines marked in my back yard, and then came back to grind out the stump. Everything went perfectly and I am very pleased with the result.

He charges $100 an hour. He gives you an estimate and he will just do it for that price. If it is less than $100 he does it for that, if it is more, he does it for the $100 an hour. Once he gives you an estimate that is the price he charges, regardless. He did a really nice job. He stayed out of the yard, he trimmed the tree and I think it was a reasonable price. He drove out of his way because of where we live. He just did a really nice job. He knows what he is doing.

Randy is great. He is very responsive and prompt with all transactions. He was on time and did an excellent job of clean up. I would recommend him to anyone and will use him again in the future. Bill.

Did a wonderful job of clean-up, and sorting of limbs. All work was done to our expectations and then some. Company owner was very good to work with.

I called Randy on Sat (10/24) to set up a time for an estimate. He showed up at my house about 2 hours later. He gave me an estimate and said he could do it on Monday (10/26). The job was done in a very professional manner. I was impressed with Randy's experience with tree trimming. The job site was left better than when he started. All debris was removed. A job well done. I plan on using Ozark Tree & Lawn Care anytime I need a tree trimmed.

Excellent. Randy has done numerous jobs for me and always does a superior job. He is polite, courteous, always cleans up the mess and charges a reasonable fee. I highly recommend this contractor. Five stars! He has always done tree service for me, but I plan on using him for lawn care next year.
