Description of Work: Was looking forward to a conversion to grass landscaping job in our backyard. It has been a nightmare. No communication at all. When you call into the office to track down what is going on, it's "I'll have to find out, not sure what the crew is working on today." Never a formal bid. Work had been fine. Allowances for delay due to weather.

 + -1 moreThey came out and gave a very general estimate on the work I needed done. This part of the process went fine. I later emailed them giving them the specifics on things I would like to move forward with. I was told they would get back to me with a quote. A week passed and I had not heard back so I followed up again by email and received an apology and was told they would have it by the following Monday. The Monday came and went and I followed up a few days later. I again received an apology and was told they would get it to me as soon as possible. Another week passed and I finally emailed them letting them know I no longer needed a quote.
Description of Work: No work was completed. I inquired about getting landscape rock border work done, 3 trees planted, and pre-wiring for landscape lighting.
