Debra Parrish sold our existing home in 11 weeks, the transaction went smoothly from beginning to end. However, the purchase of our new home was an extremely difficult, emotional and stressful event that would have never come to a close if it had not been for her. The listing agent (Heather Elliott with Keller Williams) was the most argumentive, non-professional realtor we have ever encountered. She rarely returned phone calls until pushed to do so, she went 'out of town or on vacation' twice during the contract to closing phase and did not have a back-up person to help her with loose ends that she left hanging (such as missing a signature on a contract page that held up closing and not ordering work to be done that she had agreed to do, I could go on and on concerning her lack of professionalism). Debra saved us time and time again throughout the transaction by doing both her job and the other realtors work. She works 24/7 and was always there when we needed her whether in person, via phone calls, texts or emails. I cannot express our gratitude and gratefulness for having her represent us and will gladly refer Debra Parrish to anyone and everyone that has need of a realtor in our area.
