Midwest Rug

It went great. Installers came in and did their thing very quickly and efficiently. The sales person I dealt with was very patient with me. I changed things a few times and needed different quotes. This was done mostly via email and a few phone calls. I would definitely hire them again.

Contacted Midwest Rug and worked with Judy. She helped me pick out the new carpet. She came to the house and made sure to get the proper measurements. She quoted me the price right there. Next day I signed the contract and they were out the following day. Was at my house for less than an hour and did a great job. Made sure to clean up after themselves. All were very friendly.

The gentleman that provided the work was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job, and even helped out with some questions about upcoming jobs. The salesman however, never followed up on the job, and never contacted us again about other projects we had ordered. He had already measured the different areas, and we had picked out the materials. He was to give us pricing and make appointments for the jobs. We called a month later and left a message, however he never returned the call. Guess he doesn't want our business any longer.

The process went very well. The price for the same wood flooring and tile was less than other flooring stores in the area. The installation costs was more competitive too. The sales person, Cheryl, came to my home twice. Once to measure for the bid and the other with the lead installer to discuss the project. Installation began when promised and the installers were very accommodating. During the process, Cheryl was always available to help and answer our questions. She was interested and excited about our project. The experience with Midwest Rug was very good. We plan to use them for future projects.
