The time had come to replace my 34-year-old washer and dryer. I shopped several stores both online and in-store. I found the best selection of washers and dryers at Metro Appliance and More. In addition, the prices were very competitive and the service was excellent - from the sales floor to my home. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and was provided with helpful insights regarding the various brands the store offered. Needless to say, my knowledge-base regarding washers and dryers needed a serious updating. The salesperson (who also happened to be the store manager) provided me with that education. The equipment I decided to buy had to be ordered and arrived at the store in only two days and was installed in my home two days later. In a matter of four days I had newly manufactured units, the old units were removed, the gas-line to my old washer was capped and the new units were installed and running. Amazing! I had only one problem and that was resolved by the manager the very same day I reported it (the dryer was making a squeaking sound so Metro removed that unit and replaced it with another new unit the next day). It's been nearly 6 weeks since the new units were installed and both work as they should. Would I shop at Metro again? Of course. Would I recommend to you their product line (which included all the major brands) and their service? Without question.

We had a microwave fail and had shopped around. We found they had the microwave we wanted in stock and for about $50 less than the big box retailers. They were very courteous and very accurate in their information.
