I had a wonderful time, actually this was my first time with this company and now recommend it to anybody. I think that the people here are friendly and will go out of there way to help you. Very professional!
Description of Work: I had to ship a small package to a friend for the 4Th of July.

It arrived broken. They will not pay the $100 insurance I had on it claiming that the trucking company they use did it. I paid them for the service. It has been 2 1/2 months, still no paid claim, though I submitted photos and all the documentation necessary.
Description of Work: They packed and mailed an heirloom ceramic piece to my daughter for her birthday.

Our store does not process shipping insurance claims - the trucking companies do. The member refuses to come into our store and pick up the check DHL sent for her. She needs to sign for it, and we have notified her by telephone, and by certified mail. We feel we do not owe her a refund for her packing and shipping charges, as she herself approved of our packing. We have already dealt with the Better Business Bureau in our area. They closed the case, saying we made a good faith effort to take care of her complaint. At this point, receiving her insurance claim is in her hands. All she needs to do is sign for the check.
