Keller Williams Realty - Heather Elliott

The purchase of our new home was an extremely stressful and exhausting transaction in large part due to the unprofessional, unresponsive, argumentative actions by realtor Heather Elliott. Our realtor had to place many calls, texts and emails to drag small bits of information from this woman during the entire buying process right up and through the time that we were sitting in our closing (which by the way was our 3rd closing set because she messed up the others). Heather went 'out of town' or on vacation at least twice during this time without leaving an assistant or anyone in charge to deal with issues that arose. She failed to have a contract page signed that delayed closing while she was out of town, she did not order well work to be done that she agreed to have done before closing, she threatened lawsuits and was always looking for a fight vs. resolution to problems or concerns. I could list many other instances of dissatisfaction with this woman, however, I think readers will get the general idea of 'stay away from Heather Elliott' in real estate transactions (unless you have a smart, professional, strong realtor like we did). It finally went to the brokers to get Heather to do her job and close the deal!
