KEITH'S LANDSCAPING

I called Keith's Landscaping and left a phone message for him to call me back for a quote on a landscaping project. I never heard back from him. I did look up his business and I think he works out of his house. This is sort of a fly-by-night type situation. He may be a nice guy and may be respectful, but not answering your phone messages for future business indicates that he is unreliable. I cannot recommend him. I did call Wickman's Garden Village landscape and someone came by promptly and gave me a quote.

Nice young man. Showed up on time and was very respectful. It took him a few days to get back with an estimate and design. He was too expensive.

Again, we were very pleased with the outcomes of what he recommended and with the quality of the work. We find him to be both knowledgeable and easy to work with. We did have to get in line and wait a few months, but it was worth it.

He seems very knowledgeable about many aspects. He paid close attention to detail, and did an excellent job. We hope he can do more work for us.

Keith came to our house and surveyed the area where we were considering building a patio off a recently-constructed deck. The area in question was muddy both because of the lay of the land and because it is the main entrance/exit to the garage and back of the house. Of all the landscapers we had look at the project, he was the only one to really understand how to get water to move AWAY from the house and drain properly out into the yard. Keith spent quite a bit of time walking around the yard, asking us questions, making suggestions, and giving us some excellent ideas of how to make the patio and quot;pop.and quot; We met again and he brought materials by for us to look at, and gave us an estimate at that time as to cost. Once the materials arrived and work began, Keith and his excellent, polite, and capable crew worked all day, every day -- even weekends -- until the job was done. No corners were cut, all materials and work were top notch, and the job site was kept clean. Keith stayed in constant communication with us, always asking for our input rather than just doing something and making us live with it later. The finished job was amazing: much nicer than we could ever have imagined. This landscaper has a real eye for color and form as well as an understanding of what works in terms of function as well as form. We were charged TO THE PENNY what the job was bid. This was one of the best construction experiences we have ever had.
