He was very friendly, non-intimidating, and worked quickly. He didn't smell like smoke or leave any debris in the house. I would use this business again.

 + -1 moreUsed Jay Lock Service to rekey the locks on our new home. I called on Friday and they put me on the appointment book for Tuesday (at my request). I received a phone call about 10a and the technician arrived within 30 minutes. He asked how many locks needed and quickly got to work. He removed all the locks and took them to his truck where he worked. About 20-30 minutes later, he was done and putting the locks back in place. All locks work, 3 keys were made and he was on his way. I was able to pay by check. I would definitely use this convenient and professional service again.
Description of Work: Retooled 4 locks on our new home and created 3 new keys.

Description of Work: I used Jay Key Service Inc because we have french doors in the back and the lock locked and we couldn't get it undone. We had to replace the whole mechanism and it turned out to be a kind of a complicated thing. They did a great job. They saved us some money because they didn't have to replace the whole mechanism . Instead as I recall he replaced a part in it and got it to work.
