Indy Wallace Realtors Inc

Indy Wallace is independent as far as I know and she is one hard worker. She is extremely knowledgeable and she worked a short sale for us to buy a property. There's not too many realtors that do short sales and she was very good at it. She was meticulous as far as all the details and contacting the banks and the sellers and all that. She was extremely professional and she was very good. She worked for another company for a while and then she went on her own. I think how I found her was probably through Craigslist because we were looking for a particular property and I think she had one under her name, so we found her through doing some research through Craigslist. We didn't pay her. It came through the bank because it was short sale. I've already recommended her to other people.
