Description of Work: Initially they were called to clean airducts at the advertised price of $49.95, but after they got here and explained their service, they convinced me that it would be best to ALSO clean the supply and return main, clean the air conditioner coil, treat the ducts with anti-bacterial and mildicide products, plus they charged individually for each vent. The price of the cleaning service turned out to be $673.11 instead of the $49.95 they advertised. However, they did do a clean and thorough job and my house was about 45 years old having never had vents cleaned before, so I paid it without getting another estimate. Then, I decided to hire them to come and remove all of my old crawlspace insulation under the floors and treat the underfloor with mildicide. They also replaced all the underside with new insulation, and spread a plastic vapor barrier on the dirt to keep moisture from the ground from penetrating back into the insulation. It wasn't until a year and a half later when my termite guy went under the house that I learned that they had not put insulation under the floor in the tighter area under my kitchen, so I don't think I got what I paid for. I would NOT recommend this company, in spite of the fact that I am satisfied that the crawl space needed new insulation and they did a good job of cleaning the area up.

Description of Work: The full deal - cleaned ducts and used chemical treatment to get rid of mold, mildew, dust mites and applied sealant. I also had my carpets steam cleaned by this company at the same time (very unsatisfied with that job which unfortunately leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth about the air duct cleaning too).

Description of Work: Cleaned vents, main, and heating/air unit (housing and coils), sanitized, mildicide, and sealer. Fully cleaned, serviced, and decontaminated. Warranty to return and clean at any time for cost of sealant reapplication.
