Peter showed his professionalism throughout the whole process, from giving an estimate and explaining how he would handle the project to the actual process and clean up. He kept in contact but did not push for quick decisions. He understood that the project was for my home and that I needed to be comfortable with him and the outcome of the project. The weather was a factor and he kept me informed about when he anticipated that the project could commence. He showed up on time with all tools and supplies needed and it was obvious that he had a plan for the project. He proceeded and worked diligently on the project. I was impressed by how organized and efficiently he worked and that he did not need any help or assistance. He has knowledge beyond his years just as you would expect from a true professional. His pleasing personality also adds to his professionalism. He has my highest recommendation.

Peter took down our old popcorn ceiling and replaced with a nice textured ceiling. He installed new kitchen lights and under cabinet lighting. Peter took out our existing tile backsplash and replaced with new tile also replaced all of our electrical outlets/switches in the kitchen/dining room. He also painted both rooms and rebuilt & repainted our range hood. Work was done in a timely manner and we had very minimal cleanup after he was finished. Peter has previously done some outside work painting, replacing siding and installing new gutters for us. He has earned our trust and we will continue to use Peterâ s services in the future. No surprises. Great work! A pleasure to work with a young entrepreneur who shows up on time and completes all projects on time with attention to detail.

HomeCare Maintenance powerwashed my deck, pergola, chimney, lattice, and the back of my house. Peter replaced 3 deck boards that were weak. He cut back the overgrowth around the lattice, stained the deck and sealed the chimney. I will be using HomeCare Maintenace again.

Home Care Maintenance installed my new front steps. Initially I had 3 steps at 7.5 inches high. After talking to this company's owner, Peter Ibrahim, I decided to have the steps rebuilt with his recommendations. Peter and his team did an excellent job. Our brick mailbox was crumbling. Home Care Maintenance took the entire mailbox down and rebuilt it to the original specifications. All brick was new and the work was excellent. Looks very nice. Peter is very professional and explains everything to be done and the costs involved prior to starting work. I would definitely hire Home Care Maintenance again and again.
