We came in and requested to be only shown real leather sofa and loveseats. The salesman showed us a beautiful set and we made the purchase. Based on the delivery date we donated our furniture to a charity. We called to make a change in the time of delivery time that was on our ticket. At that time was told that there was no delivery set for us and that it would be 5 more weeks until the furniture was in. Then when we were confirming what we had on delivery they said that it was synthetic leather. That was NOT what we were told when we made the purchase in the store! We then told them that we needed our CASH back so that we could immediately go shopping. They refused saying that it needed to go through a process at headquarters. It was a week later that we got a check in the mail. Unacceptable!!! This was their fault they should have written us a check immediately and had a check ready for us to come in and pick up that day!!! We had to live with people coming over and no furniture in our living room until we could get new furniture in. Based on the lies and the extremely poor customer service we will never again shop with them!
Description of Work: Lied to make a sale. Lied on delivery date. Refused to give a refund in a timely manner.

Overall, it was stressful and we were treated very unprofessionally. I finally requested that my complaint be taken seriously & was sent a reply in all capital letters. Felt like I was given the run around for months and were to the point of hiring an attorney. Sent a last note to them requesting a copy of the parts order & instead of receiving the copy, received a note stating that they would replace the sofa. Would never do business with them again.
Description of Work: Bought reclinging sofa, loveseat & chair. Sofa was defective & took 6 months to receive service. Received excuses such as "it's supposed to be that way" and we had to order it overseas, and then the parts were sent but couldn't be located etc., etc. Eventually, they replaced the sofa with a new one but was NOT worth the hassle. .
