Let me just say this.... George swore to me that my front door wouldnt be kicked in any more.. ( a ex of mine kept kicking it in )& guess what... George solved my problem! front & back door secure! Actually ..He had to replace a window bc my ex was so mad the door wouldnt open he punched the window. Exactly what George said would happen. lol. Awesome Job & Person as well. He does this because he loved it & it shows in his work. Amazing will continue to use him for other projects!

The business owner is very conscientious and stays with the job until it is done right. He cleans up the work area very well and wants to make sure you are satisfied with the work. He does well with communicating when he can or cannot be at the worksite.

George was great. He was extremely diligent in his work and didn't leave until the work was done correctly and up to our satisfaction. He did the trim for our upstairs and did a great job and we love the way it looks. I would hire GNS again for another home improvement project.

On budget, on time. Capable and friendly.

They were great. We had a bunch of hiccups that kept happening during door installation. They went above and beyond what we would ever expect from a company to do all they did to get the job done and help be convenient to our own busy life. They were great and I would definitely hire them again in a second.

Gave me a quote upfront and kept to it. garage end of house damaged by hailstorm, destroying j-channeling, shutters, dryer vent, garage door frame and some other things. Did excellent work at a fair price. Very knowledgable of what needed to be done. I would highly recommend them unless there is an urgency in timing. It took a long time to get the work done.

Knowledgeable and made sure it was completed on time and on budget.o will definitely call them again should the need arise.

Extremely pleased with quality of work. Installed a privacy fence. They went above and beyond with attention to details most wouldn't do. Work included extras that will make the fence last for years. Will be using them again.

Quality repair work from good and knowledgeable people. More consistent and timely communication would be my only suggestion for improvement.

The were very conscientitious. I don't think they have the experience. My fault I didn't check any references. I am going to have someone else repair their the job.

These guys installed a door and frame and added rails on a cement porch for me. They were awesome as they ran into a few problems because my house is old. But they went extra steps to make sure it was done correctly instead of slapping in the door and pretending they didnt see. Also the hand rails came out beautiful and very much safe for my grand daughter. You cant ask for any better Pro's. they are AWESOME. when i have more to do i will ask for them...

Good communication, quick to finish the Job

Very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. I had multiple items that needed to be hung on the walls and he was very meticulous. I would definitely recommend GNS Home Improvements to others and would use GNS again.

I have to change all I had written before on this company. I was a little too harsh on my judgment of the work preformed. The installers returned and fixed the things my wife and I felt were not up to "par" at no cost (material only) and now it looks great. Even fixed the fan, (that had some missing parts) so my 'hat is off ' to these two for returning and making my wife very happy with this job. Will hire them again. I was wrong in my first review of them.
