I paid GNS $3000 to build and install a 11ft by 5ft privacy fence in February 2021. GNS stopped work on the fence in early March. At that time, I knew that the fence needed more work: staining, re-caulking, trim-work, etc., Accounting for weather, I expected the work to be completed in the next 8 week period. After a few months, I was not contacted about setting up a time to complete the fence. I became concerned and contacted GNS in both May and June. GNS promised to complete my fence but no work was done. I last contacted GNS in July and they did not respond to my inquiry. It is August, the fence is 85% complete and I hope that GNS will be able to fulfill their end of our agreement before the fence begins to deteriorate.

I had a wonderful experience. He is a hard worker, he had a vision for the solution to repair the stair railing. He finished it in one day.

Would definitely use again if I have another job.

George removed the partially built new deck someone else recently built. It was dangerous and falling down, totally unsafe. He is building us a safe, sturdy deck from the ground up. The newest deck will be finished this week. We can't wait! We will also be hiring George to do other home repairs. He gets the job done completely and professionally.

George was very helpful in resolving an issue that came up after a new build was complete. He resolved a door that was hung skewed and a flooring that had taken on some water because of the builders door install. Very pleased with his work and very proactive communication. You don't get that out of everyone and it's greatly appreciated.

George has been phenomenal. We have needed multiple projects tended to while also being out of state for an extended period of time. George has resolved each issues and handled each project to perfection. He goes above and beyond and communicates so as to let us know of the status and has continued to be there for our needs. We are truly grateful to have found him and have no need to look any further for anyone else to maintain our home in our absence as we update and maintain our home.

George was great to work with, and did our soffit repair in a timely and efficient way including replacement materials. Throughout, he was pleasant and respectful and his fee was very reasonable. He even had suggestions for home maintenance unrelated to the repair. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I would rate GNS with at least a 6 or 7 if I could. Does excellent work. is a hard worker and pays close attention to detail. the finial work was beautiful. Very happy with the finial results.

We needed immediate help on our deck and he squeezed us in working till after dark. Did a great job making our deck save to use again
