+ -1 moreWe were still living in the Chicago area when we were building the home. We were building long distance and they were excellent at keeping us up to date about the progress on the house. They sent pictures everyday on what they had done and what they were doing. As far as price, we didn't have any other bid from any other companies so I don't know if it was a good value or not. With housing values now I am sure it has gone down a little bit.
Description of Work: I used Gerry Doran Homes Inc but Gerry has passed away and John is the builder. They built the home we are currently living in, in 2003.
