The worst business I have EVER had the displeasure of working with. I have waited a long time to write a review to ensure I had all of the facts and would be less emotional in my statement. Originally they came out, quoted us a price for our basement and our garage. We signed the contract electronically with the representative. The first mistake they made was never sending us a copy of the contract, or emailing it to us. Next they came out and did our basement, which was an awful experience as well. They were rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. They left our back door open for the entire duration they were here (4-6ish hours) even though we repeatedly told them we had cats, they did not care (even though it was in winter/late fall and was cold as well). They did not finish the work, stating that the representative was wrong and they could not do it. Then they left a huge mess in our basement that they never cleaned up. Lastly they told us that the garage work was “impossible” and they had no clue as to why the representative would say that they could do it. Well they gave us a bill for that day, and processed it through Greensky. They billed us for ALL of the work, including the garage that they never did. Next the manager kept ignoring my husbands phone calls/texts, for 2-3 months. Finally I had enough and called the number several times until I got above him and made a report. Suddenly he could call me back and discuss things over! I was livid that they had been ignoring us, so he finally scheduled a follow up appointment to finish our basement. He also told us not to worry about the bill for now, since it didn’t take effect until after ALL of the work is done. Yet Greensky continued to hound me for 1-2 months. Finally they get out to finish the work (the second crew was very polite, cleaned up after themselves, kept the door shut, they were fantastic!). Well all the work is done, should be fine right? Wrong! Greensky is charging me interest on a plan that Foundation Recovery Systems said was a 5 year interest free plan! So I contact Greensky, they have no idea why the representative would offer that since they don’t even have that plan option. Naturally I look for the contract I signed…. Oh wait! They never gave it to us at all! I have hounded and they never gave us the signed copy! So I have to fight with Foundation Recovery Systems, I put in a formal complaint with Greensky about their business. Finally Foundation Recovery Systems is willing to work with me, however I need to remove my legal complaint or they won’t do anything for me at all. A very underhanded blackmail, if I say so myself. Now lastly, we have contacted them roughly 1 year and about 4-5 months after all the work was done. They told us they would need to come out every year to readjust the beam, they said it was a lifetime warranty and readjustment was free…. I’m sure you see where I’m going with this, another lie. It’s $240 each time, but don’t worry! They’ll waive the fee this one time because of their mistake. Everything they’ve done is a mistake and I waited a very long time to write this review out of fear of retaliation. (Since they’re okay with blackmailing people to remove complaints). I can NOT recommend this garbage dump of a company to anybody, I have told everybody I know to stay clear and will continue to do so for the rest of my life. Beware of these scammers! Lord only knows what else they will do at the readjustment appointment, since this review is sure to upset them very much. However I implore them to try underhanded tactics again, I will not be fooled as easily every again. 0/10

We had Josh Eaton, Chris Horton, and Lane McFarland working on our foundation and we had a very great experience. They worked for 3 1/2 days and were very professional. We had no cosmetic damage, we feel our experience was great. They did everything they could. Professional as well!

Everything went great! Kyle Dawson, Daryn Holder, Richard Dlugorenski were all very professional! We would recommend them 100%.

Kevin Macdonald was amazing! He came out to our home and did our inspection in a very timely manner and provided us with a lot of information regarding our house. He made us aware of the issues we had, formed a plan of execution, and made it easy for the process to get started! We are so ready to get our project scheduled to make our home sturdier!

Excellent experience! My wife and I recently bought our home and immediately started renovating. We tore out the carpet and noticed some cracks in the slab foundation. Nothing appeared to be a big issue, but since the floors were already exposed, we figured it would be a good idea to get things checked out. We started with another company (for whom I’m currently contemplating writing a BAD review). They said we needed at bear minimum $13,000 worth of work done. The inspectors story didn’t add up and my wife and I had a very bad feeling that they were trying to sell us on something we didn’t need. Hence our call to Foundation Recovery Systems. We needed a second opinion. Ed Macdonald came out to inspect for us. Right off the bat, he seemed to know his stuff and seemed to actually care. I explained our concerns as well as our prior experience, and he assured we would get to the bottom of this. Long story short, whether it was lack of training or just blatant dishonesty, he found that what was recommended by the other inspector was complete bogus. Ed gave us suggestions on things to monitor over the next few years and how to spot signs of settling, but his sole recommendation for any foundation support work was only if we wanted precautionary measures taken for our piece of mind. With free inspections, I am always skeptical that contractors will always find something wrong. Or else, how would they make any money? But Ed proved to be an honest guy as well as a representative of an honest company. Whenever or if ever anything goes wrong with our foundation, Ed will be the first person we call!

I had FRS come out to my house in St Robert, MO back in August, 2023 to raise my driveway in four areas. At the time, they were only able to fix two of the four areas. They came back out today and fixed the other two areas. Is it perfect? Almost! They raised the areas in front of my garage a good two inches. It leaves a "lip" of about an inch to 1 1/2 inches, but I feel it is good enough, that lip will keep the heavy rains we get on occasion out of my garage and and makes it a lot easier getting the car and motorcycle in and out of the garage. Thanks again FRS, you guys have a hard dirty job, and have to put up with grumpy old dudes like me. I am pleased and would definitely recommend you and have you come back, if I have any foundation problems!!!

They were very proffesional and I would hire them again If I needed too.The three men that did my work were Matt,Donovan,and Andrew and If I have anything else done then I want the same three men to the work for me.

David “Mac” McDaniel was my certified field inspector and from the first conversation over the phone to the moment he left my home after conducting an inspection he was polite, professional and easy to understand and talk to. He was eager to answer all of my questions and to make sure I was satisfied with the information he provided for the work that needs to be done on my home. Mac is very much the kind of person that treats you (and your pets) like family. The company also provides a plethora of information and resolutions to any of your foundation needs. I highly recommend this company and Mac! Thank you, Mac!

Sales people just like to sell that is all the work they did was so poor instead of raising the walkway correctly the technician made it worse every time it rained water kept running in the crawl space the only good part about the company is they gave half of my money back

A worker for an additional project who accessed the crawlspace, not Foundation Recovery Systems, came out and complimented the work that was done. High praise. I put a search out on Angi’s List after rain had flooded my basement. Foundation recovery system was the first to call the next morning with an appointment that day. They come out and give me a bid and a solution and then got me in for the next Friday. It was so fast, the inspector, Pat was great to work with and the guys who did the repair Chase, Tanner & Will were so efficient and they cleaned up better than it was before. They were very professional, overall it was a great experience to and unfortunate event.

Foreman, William Oliphant and Co-Forman, Darshan Conway did an excellent job. They were both very professional and very courteous. We could not have asked for better.

A great experience from the inspection and estimate with Matt to the install and clean up with Cameron, Joseph, and Jessie. Would definitely recommend to our family and friends!

Overall, the works was performed as discussed. The sales process was uneven at best. There were some omissions by the sales person that cost us additional money and the concept of signing 19 places for a $2000 job seemed very suspicious. I would rank the selling process as a D-. Notifications regarding job scheduling were not as advertised in email causing me to reach out to make sure someone would show up. The work was preformed by two technicians that seemed to have good knowledge and worked diligently. Cleanup was acceptable. Still waiting for the promised paper invoice that was promised to be sent. If there is an alternative you might want to consider it

Great they were very nice and knew what they were doing.

I'm a very happy customer. Crew was on time every day. Clean-up was done daily. Everyone from sales personal, office & customer service personal and crew were very knowledgeable and helpful answering all my question. Everyone was very pleasant. The job was completed on time. Within a short time, we notice the humidity level was so much better. Are windows, doors and floor were not sticking or jamming or warping any longer. We have had rain and no leaks in basement. I am a very satisfied customer.

Vertical I-beam supports were installed. The crew lead kept me informed during the whole process & explained each step. The crew was very professional & cleaned up great.
