It was a huge project that they did very well. Literally just days after waterproofing my basement that would get wet with only a half inch of rain, we received 9 inches in 3 days!!! Basement stayed dry as did my garage that they worked on as well!

Foundation Recovery Systems exceded my expectations for arriving as expected, performing the job in a timely manner as promised, and providing quality products and service. They showed special care for us and our property by fixing a mistake they accidentally made immediately, and by leaving our yard spotless at the end of the day. We appreciate the hard work from the entire team so much!

Please send a inspector out to inspect the issues he sent me down and talk to me at the table he was very knowledgeable he act like it was his own house and this is what he would do he did not pressure or try to get you to go with anything it was just his recommendation on solving the problem They put capsulation in the crawlspace when it rains you can see the palm pumping water out I would highly recommend the company they offer a five year service plan I purchased it they will take care of everything that needs to be took care of I don’t have to go down and checkOnly if I lose power Just to reset something they said it was just a button haven’t lost power yet to find out

It went very well. The crew and our office contact did a great job and we were very satisfied. Would recommend them to others as would our neighbor who was at our house during the project and was impressed with the crew and their work.

Every single worker was polite, hardworking and kept us informed throughout the project. I was so impressed that they removed their shoes before they came into my house to discuss their findings prior to hiring them for the job. They took about a 20 minute lunch and continued working after dark in order to finish. I appreciated the updates provided to me throughout the project. It is without reservation that I would recommend this company to anyone. Fair , honest, and professional.

They did not do any repair for me. The price was astronomical. So very over/priced. Did not have the company do the work.

Hard-working guys! They worked in the worst possible weather conditions, but they stayed on the task and maintained a great attitude. Very customer-focused. I highly recommend them.

While the supervisor was in the area, the work was done very well, when the supervisor wasn't in the basement the work wasn't done to the same standards. I had to request that some work be redone to meet the standards of when the supervisor was there.

Work went well but we were promised a paid in full bill and pictures taken by the crew that didn’t happen.

Very well. The only thing I would suggest is that they need to perform a followup visit 30 days after the service is performed. All employees that performed the service were very good to work with. Suggestion: Tell the workers not to throw their cigarette butts in the yard. I picked up several after the service was completed.

They were supposed to do the crack in a concrete slab and they were supposed to level it out so that the crack would go away and seal the crack in but it didn't work. What happened was they came and they said they stabilized, they drove a bunch of holes in the slab and shot some foam into it to stabilize it and keep water from coming up in it. We didn't have a problem with water. I just wanted them to level it up so I can cement over the crack and level the floor and everything. We put down flooring and they weren't able to do what I wanted but they did fill the flooring and they shot some carping stuff into the crack but we still have to grind it down or float the whole floor with cement. We're going to have an additional cost anyway. The guy who did the work did his job well. He was the one to explain to me why he couldn't actually fix the crack. He thought he would do damage other places if he tried it. He was good. The quality and the product, I;m not really sure. It's been a month. Nothing's changed. I guess it's okay. Basically, the salesman that came and I talked to him first and he did all the measurements and everything. He told me you know there would be no problem with them adjusting the slab so that the crack pretty much went away. It's still going to be there but level it out and stuff. When the guy got there to do the work, he immediately knew he couldn't do it. They were good on punctuality. The salesman promises more than what the people who do the work can do sometimes. The guy told me if I had an offset of 3 or 4 inches that he might've been able to adjust the slab. Since it was only less than a half an inch, he couldn't do it.
