Great, Ken was the service technician that I trusted with performing our system replacement. He was very informing and upfront about the entire process. The work they did was very neat and was completed in a timely manner, as well as professionally completed. I would definitely recommend First Service to any family member or friends.

We called First Service (saw the ad in the Yellow Pages) when the AC stopped working in the heat of the summer. They came out promptly that same day. Two gentlemen arrived and were very professional and quick to find the problem, and replaced the part. They found that another part was showing wear, although it was still functional. They explained it to us, and left the decision to replace it with us, which we agreed that preventive maintenance is better than having to deal with an outage, and having to have it fixed later.

The gentleman I used is Ken and I have used him now for about eight years at least. He is very professional. In fact, he calls to remind me when it is time to have it done which I totally appreciate. They are just really good. I can't think of anything else specifically. He checks everything when he comes out. He comes out twice a year to check the furnaces and then he will come back to check the air-conditioning. He cleans all the filters, tells me what he sees, and makes recommendations if there is something. Basically, he is just a very knowledgeable nice person. I would absolutely use him again in the future. He will be calling me again in the spring.
