+ -1 moreAbsolutely terrible lie after lie after lie . It was the worst experience I've ever had ! After four visits and outrageous fees still never fixed nothing but more problems. Won't communicate, extremely unprofessional ! Be very aware of the Jason he has real issues.

Description of Work: They did not show up for the first appointment. They called to cancel they were over booked. |A week later after not hearing from them I called them to set a second appointment. |The second appointment was set five days from the first appointment. |I called and canceled their appointment when they were 2 hours late from the scheduled time. |I had finally gave up trying to work with them.

+ -1 moreThey have Rheem products and they have just a pretty good reputation for reliability and they had a decent price when they gave me a quote. They were following all the federal state guidelines for getting me rebates so that's why I use them. They're usually prompt and they get the work done quick and they took care of business.
Description of Work: I used Fraking Heating & Cooling. They installed a new air conditioning and heating unit about 5 years ago. They come out twice a year, pre-summer AC maintenance check and fall for heat.
