I called late Tuesday afternoon and they had someone here by 11 a.m. Wednesday morning. He was polite, professional, answered my questions, even removed his shoes to walk on my carpet inside. He treated inside and out, and explained it might take up to 2 weeks because ant colonies are so large. But after 2 weeks, if I still see ants, call and they'll come back and treat again at no cost. That's great service!

We had used another company previously and were not satisfied with the results. When we met Les and talked with him about their services, we decided to give them a try. We had them spray inside and out, and they said it would take care of all kinds of insects and spiders. It did a good job, but we were still seeing some small spiders. They came out at no charge and resprayed, which did the job. We have signed up for their protection plan and have them come and spray the outside (and inside if needed) four times a year. We have been very happy with them.

Brian was very personable and arrived to our house on time. He worked diligently. He has great customer service skills. We had to call him back 2 weeks later to set more bait stations. He will return quarterly to maintain our pest free home. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company and Brian.

I had a few companies come out after we had some termite swarmers visible in the house. I didn't know a lot about termites beforehand. This was the last company to come out and I learned a great deal from them. They actually tracked down the termites and showed me! I can't speak high enough praises for this group not only for the inspection but after the work was complete. If you need a company for this type of work they are it!

Had a Spider problem in the crawlspace. Provider first treated the inside of the house. Then the outside foundation and area next to the house. Then the crawlspace area was treated. The Technician kept me informed what was being used and why. He was very courteous and knew his business. Very pleased

It went very well. Brian came out and did an estimate. Was prompt, professional, courteous. We did have to reshcedule the treatment because of the rain in the spring, but that is not a bad thing because you don't want to have to retreat! I haven't seen a termite since. Brian was quick and super friendly, very respectful to my family and time. Would use again and definitely refer. Great price as well. Also, technology company with reference to the payment and invoice, ipad on the spot, thought that was pretty awesome.

It couldn't have gone better. Brian is a polished professional who brings years of experience to his work. He is prompt, works quickly, and gets the job done thoroughly. He does a thorough job explaining the various options he provides and does not use the high pressure sales techniques which are a common malady amongst too many of the larger firms. Brian did a good job explaining his procedures and has a very good working knowledge of household pests. My only complaint was when spraying the rear of the house, caution wasn't used with the hose from his vehicle and while reaching to the back., although inexpensive, it destroyed 4 of my decorative yard lights which I discovered after he left.

I was leery of the other company, which was why I wanted a second opinion.

I noticed termite activity in my yard and called three to four companies for quotes to mitigate. Most companies wanted to treat one area, set up bait stations, then return to check the bait stations every two to three months for a service call fee. On the other hand, Brian with Expert Pest Solutions provided a reasonable quote to treat the entire perimeter of the entire house with Termidor Perimeter Plus, the same products other companies were going to use for only one side of the house. No bait stations, no ongoing service call fees (other than a reasonable annual termite inspection). After running the numbers, Brian's quote was about the same as what the other companies would charge on an annual basis after paying all of the service fees. In the years to come, Brian will save me money. Plus, Brian was treating the entire house. He charges an annual termite inspection fee of $125 to keep the warranty active. Brian was professional, worked hard, and took care of the problem without baiting my house and charging me endless ongoing fees. I'm very pleased with the service. I plan to call Brian again for any future pest needs and I have no hesitation recommending his termite services.

Brian was very friendly and helpful. He guarantees his work, and he was very understanding of my "mommy" questions because we have two children under two as well as a cat. He worked quickly and was very professional. We decided to go with his quarterly service, and we have seen far fewer spiders and other pests since he sprayed. He sprayed inside and outside plus put out traps for the spiders. Since we still have a bunch of boxes sitting around he said it might take a little bit for everything to be taken care of. We signed up for the quarterly service and will probably have him back out(free) in a few weeks to follow up about the spiders. It's hard to get rid of them all when we're providing them such an ideal home right now.

Expert Pest Solutions guarantees his work, is affordable and is nice to work with. I have used him in the past for my childrens homes. They both have cats and they ended up with fleas and he treated their houses and guaranteed his work. I had called several other companies and he was priced better and he is very professional.

I loved him as he was very patient with my four year child and followed him around. He took into account that I had small children and three pets. This made him conscious about what type of products he used in my house and was careful not to use any toxic products. He explained everything he did. He went down into my crawl space to make sure there was no termite damage down there. He said that if there were any bugs I could call him back. When I saw more bugs two or three weeks later he came back out to re spray and did a bug bond for free. He really went above and beyond. I would use him again in the future.
