Well done.

Travis and JT were on time and came in and went right to work. I was here in the house while they did their work. They were quiet, respectful and even made friends with our (rescue)dog, who doesn't make friends easily. While they were here I asked them to also clean out the drier vent - which they were happy to do. Everything was cleaned up afterward and they were done in the expected time. Things were so much cleaner - that I thought the AC was accidently switched to the high setting. But no, it was just working better and easier. It was just a couple of days ago but I suspect my electric bill will be lowered because of my equipment working more efficiently. Thanks guys!

Professional service was completed as expected. We can tell the difference in far less dust accumulation in the house. We're sure this has improved the air quality in our home.

Everyone I had contact with at Enviro-Air was very personable as well as professional. When I first called for a quote, my 2-year-pld son kept pressing the disconnect button on my cell phone & cutting us off. Marshall took it in stride & kept calling me back. I received a call the morning of the service to let me know when the technicians were on their way. They got right to work when they arrived, working around my sleeping 7-month-old son as well as the older one playing in the floor, & took less time to complete the job than I was quoted. A few days later, I noticed a big puddle of water in front of the furnace room door. We've never had any leaks before, so I called Marshall. Both he & Bruce came out to inspect the furnace. They did find that the drain pipe was a little off-kilter, probably from the service. However, fixing that did not fix the leak. So they checked the drainage line & found that it was blocked, possibly from something they blew out of the vents but mainly from years of buildup. They blew that out & we haven't had any problems since. (There was no additional charge for them coming back out.) We've lived in this house for less than a year so I can't do a before/after comparison on our utility bills yet, but I will say the house is MUCH cleaner now. I was having to dust every day because of all the junk in the air/vents & now I can go a week or more. Overall, I am very happy with the work they did & would recommend them to others.

Worked us in and coordinated with another contractor's schedule. They were on time, professional, worked hard, were cooperative, and they were thorough.

They cleaned my ducts in the past. Bruce is very professional, always upfront and honest. I knew right away this was going to be a good experience. It was a pleasure to work with Bruce and his crew. His workers were prompt, on time, nice and respectful. Bruce kept me up to date and even gave me a heads up when he was running 10 min. behind schedule, which i highly appreciated. I cannot say enough about Bruce, he is a courteous stand-up guy.

They're very efficient, they're very good at what they do, they didn't try to sell me extra things other than what I needed and told me ways I could prevent my dyer from getting clogged up.

I needed immediate service and got it -- I have a lung condition and the air was bad. Cleaning the ducts gave me a new perspective on what I thought was clear. Its wonderful now.

The owner came out to my home and bid the project. He was very knowledgable and professional. I had requested a later start time of 10am because my wife works second shift. He said he could accomodate. He called me the day before as a reminder and told me they would be here around 9am. I reminded him of the 10am start and he said he would take care of it. The guys were here at 9:30. They got right to work and were very polite and friendly. The whole process took several hours. They were careful of our furniture and reasonably protective of our floors. They cleaned my dryer duct for no extra charge. The bid price was exactly what the bill was. We have less allergies now and the furnace is a little more quiet than it was before. We are happy with the result and feel the price was fair and we got what we expected. Other than not quite respecting our schedule we are very happy.

I liked them. They seemed very thorough. They would explain each step of the way why they were doing what they were doing. At one point, even when they went in between the walls and struck all that out. They told that when they do that sometimes we see stuff coming out through some other place, but that is to be expected and then they cleaned it all up. They were very explanatory about everything they did. They were very clean and didn’t leave a mess.

Estimate was given on time and quickly. The workers actually took longer than what the estimate envisioned, but i wasn't charged any extra money. Over all, I was favorably impressed.

very satisfied with the job done for me as well as the professionalism of the technicians on site. home has produced far less dust than prior to cleaning. it took the majority of one day with two or three techs to complete the job, which leads me to believe they were very thorough. I would highly recommend the company to anyone needing duct cleaning.

Enviro-Air came and gave an estimate of the duct cleaning. Showed up promptly on friday and cleaned the system. They were friendly, protected the furnishings and did not leave a mess.
