+ -1 moreThe first visit was an A+! The technician was super super helpful, friendly, professional and did an amazing job. I did have to chase down HSA to get them to follow up, we wound up needing some toilets replaced. I was at work for the follow up visit and there have been zero problems since, my only issue was we have small children and the new set of toilets they installed were a few inches taller and have made potty training a little more precarious, I did wish they had contacted us about what type/size we could have had installed with in the range that our home warranty would have allowed. Out side of that one communication issue they were great!

He calls when he is on the way and never leaves any mess. He will inform you of items that may need replacement in the future BUT never pushs anything on you in a sales pitch. We have complete trust in him and highly reccomend him

Description of Work: Most undependable plumber I have ever dealt with. I hired him to replace two bathroom faucets. He told me that to do a good job it would take two hours for each faucet. He than chuckled and said, "I could do them in 30 minutes, but it wouldn't be a good job." I told him I had an appointment at 4 p.m. and would have to leave at 3:30. He said that would be no problem, he would be there by 9 a.m. At 9:30 he called, stating he would be at my home in 10 minutes. At 10:30 he called, stating he would arrive in 5 minutes. At 11:15 he arrived; and I reminded him I had to leave at 3:30. He started to work and was friendly and seemed knowledgable. At 11:45 he received a phone call and then told me he needed to leave for 30 minutes to help another customer. I was not happy about this and again reminded him that I had to leave at 3:30. He said, "No problem. I WILL BE BACK BY 12:30". At 2 p.m. I called him to ask where he was. He said, I'm on my way, I'll be there in 5 minutes." At 2:40 he finally showed up. I reminded him that he had told me he could not do a good job in 30 minutes. He smiled and said, "Oh, no, it will be fine." This experience was extremely stressful and took up my entire day. At no time did I raise my voice or get unpleasant with him (neither did he with . I ultimately had to pay another plumber to repair work that was done improperly.

+ -1 moreDependable plumbing (Charles) was recommended by the cabinet people we were using . My husband and I were both extremely pleased with his expertise and our finished laundry room/outside faucet. Charles was prompt, courteous, extremely clean, professional and above all knowledgable.
Description of Work: We remodeled our laundry room and we used Charles of Dependable plumbing. When he came out to do the roughing in of the sink, i had him add an outside faucet (this price is not included above ) The outside faucet is so handy, we had not had one before behind the house. He returned when the laundry room was complete and put in the sink.
