+ -1 moreI contacted this provider to get a quote on a damaged portion of formica countertop that needs replacement. The website mentioned you can contact them via email to get estimates and quotes, which I did. I got a prompt response at first, and we had some correspondence back and forth. The provider requested some pictures and a diagram of measurements, which I sent but I never heard back from them. After the exchange of a few emails, the provider suddenly stopped responding and did not give me a quote or set up an appointment to come take a look. Now I'm concerned to even pursue this provider for services, if they can't correspond properly I'm skeptical of the quality of the job they would do if I did choose them to fix my counter top.
Description of Work: Stopped responding to emails about a quote regarding countertop repair.
