I called Cox Roofing about the leak in my ceiling and the lady i spoke to was very pleasant and called me back twice in scheduling an assessment of the roof. Ron Cox came out himself and was so punctual I commented on it! He quickly checked the roof and gave me two different estimates according to how much I wanted to spend, which I appreciated. The work was done within one week.

Cox replaced an old roof on a business we have in Nixa. We have used them in the past for another property and know their work and professionalism. They are easy to work with and always show up when they say they will. We live out of town so it's nice to have a good company we can rely on. One that we can call and know things will get done.

Owner came and gave the estimate. Roofers did the job about 3 weeks later which is what they told us. They put a tarp over the area that had leaked and it held through a couple of major storms. When they started they were on time and got the job done in less than two days. Roof looks good and so far no leaks. We haven't had a hard, windy rain yet, though and that's what caused my roof to leak in the first place. They covered bushes in the yard close to the house with tarps to protect them. Yard was completely cleaned up afterwards of any debris. Price was high, but not sure it was any higher than anybody else.

I was very happy with their services. The owner of the company came to my home to do the estimate and was very professional and courteous. He offered to answer any questions about his bid, as well as other bids I had received. They have been in business 30 years and are a family run company, which is a big part of the reason I selected them. Other factors were Angie's List and the BBB. I was told they would be able to start the work within 10 days, which they did, and the owner's brother performed the work. The materials were delivered directly to my home on a Friday, they started the following Monday and finished on Tuesday. I was very happy with the quality. We recently had a large amount of rain and the roof did not leak at all. I would definitely recommend them and use them for future work.

I live out of town and all communication was over the phone with Chris Cox and his Dad. They were awesome to work with. They were very helpful in selecting shingles and attentive to making sure that special attention was placed on specific issues with the current roof. The crew that showed up to do the work was very professional and easy to communicate with. They did a great job on the roof and cleaning up. I will use the again given the opportunity.

Things went fine. I had questions, but they're not bonded. Nobody seems to be. They've been in business for 30-40 years, but they're not bonded, which is a liability on the homeowner instead of the company doing the work. One of the company that said if they fall through the roof, you have to pay. I said no to that! They did good, but I decided to wait on doing the roof job.

Good selection of material and colors. Helpful salesman. The roof was finished in two days with interuption for a half day of storms. No harm to anything and no mess during and after the job. Crew came and went according to our request -that is, time of day. Our house looks new again.
