+ -1 moreI bought a computer with the understanding I would have the office suite. I did not receive that, and got nothing but a run around about getting it. I finally bought it separately and installed it myself.
Description of Work: I bought a new computer and took in my old one for data transfer. To that point I was very pleased. I made an appointment for installation at my home. The tech was 2 hours late, and my address book had not been transferred, "will get back with you tomorrow or the next day." Not. I went in and they admitted it was their fault, but couldn't get to me until the next Tuesday. When the tech left after that visit, it was fine.

+ -1 moreWhen I brought in the laptop, I was charged $29 for a diagnosis and was told I would be called within 24 hours. After exactly one week of not hearing anything, I called them. The computer was already fixed but they 'forgot' to call me. All it needed was a key turned on (the wireless connection was off). Then they also did a tune-up which it hardly needed since this machine was barely used. I was charged another $40. The guy I dealt with was nice and apologetic for not calling.
