+ -1 moreCame out to bid the job the day I called him. Was very polite and professional. His bid was good. They came out when they said they would and finished on time. They did an great job and I am very happy with the results. I would use them again and reccomend them to anyone.

+ 0 moreI could not ask someone to do a better job than what they did. To me it was a perfect job and I was in the painting business. He is a nice man. I didn't have any trouble with him. I would recommend him to anybody.

+ 0 moreEach house took about a week to paint which was the time estimated. I was pleased with the quality of the work on both houses and the deck and the price. They stayed with the estimate and did not attempt to increase the amount owed. I also felt comfortable having the painters at my house; they seemed like good guys. I highly recommend Competitive Painting Plus and definitely would use them again.
Description of Work: I took three bids to have my house and a rental house painted. Competitive Painting Plus was significantly lower than the other two. Their bid included painting plus a not insignificant amount of carpentry work necessary to prevent leaks. I was impressed by the owner of the company, Mark Cannefax, because he clearly understood the carpentry challenges and had good ideas on how to solve them. Additionally, he included in his bid the straightening of a leaning post inside my house. Work accomplished included scraping flaking paint, caulking windows, sealing holes made by woodpeckers and squirrels, replacing boards and posts as necessary, power washing, and painting the exteriors of both houses. The company also power washed and stained an exterior deck on one of the houses for an additional price.
