Horrible...We have screws protruding in the kitchen area because of screws that were not down all the way, and clumps of something under the flooring in the living room area, not to mention that the flooring are not the same

They were awesome! They were always on time, they did a wonderful job laying the floors, and cleaned up after themselves.

We were given his information by Paul Davis Restoration. He came out and measured the floor (his estimate was 300 sq ft), The insurance company measured 280 sq ft. We had 2 other contractors come out and both of theirs was 280-285 sq ft. He also wanted 50% of the total bid for services he never even rendered. That threw up a red flag with me. When I called him on that he said fine we'll do whatever. I thought he was nice about it. The night before he was to come out and rip up the rest of the floor I asked him via text to remeasure. At 7:24 in the evening the night before he was to come out, he sent me a a text that said he had red flags with me, stood behind his 50% policy, didn't like me questioning his bids. I text him back and asked to talk like men and professionals and he responded back again via text that we had too many red flags and he was going to pass. Something about being at a birthday party. That is highly unprofessional, makes me question whether he was trying to cheat us and/or the insurance company. I would never and will never do business again with this person and will tell everyone I know. I'm keeping these texts and bids for future reference. s

It went well at first then the flooring started separating throughout the house in various spots, and the workers who put it in never put the crown molding or the trim back on, so their are corners all over my house with none of the trim or molding put back into place. Also the strip of wood that separated the rooms, two of them kept busting and were never replaced. When the floor separated, they did come out and fixed it, but two weeks later it is doing it again.
