We have never had our carpet cleaned so well or so efficiently!! We are (were!) planning to replace our carpet in the next few months but wanted it to be fresh before holiday company arrives. We never expected the results we got! Our carpet almost looks like new again! They removed old spots, fluffed up beat down areas and just generally did an amazing job! The two gentlemen showed up right on time. They were friendly, efficient and it was very obvious they were concerned with pleasing us and doing a good job. They accomplished that all around! We have already recommended this company and will do so again. We will absolutely use them again as needed!

Our experience with Champion Professional Cleaning was a good one from cost estimating through the completed job. Reggie and Cheryl were helpful, courteous, and professional. It was apparent that Reggie takes pride in the work he does. The morning of our appointment he came to our house to introduce his workmen to us, to familiarize them with the extent of the job and to get them started. The results were quite good. In fact, our twenty-year-old flooring looks almost like new! We will definitely be adding Champion to our personal directory.

I have dogs that get on the couch when I'm not home. They have a doggy door so they are in and out a lot and track my carpet. Champion gets all the stains out. They are very cleans and make sure everything is back where I left it. They always leave a thank you card and a small room deodorizer or potpourri.

Very old pet stains came out better than other carpet cleaners ...very satisfied. Newer stains came out completely. As you see, it has been awhile since he cleaned. I waited a week to see if the stains came back...which they didn't, and then I forgot all about this rating. Expensive, but you pay for what you get. I will definitely hire Champion Carpet Clean again and do recommend him to all my friends.

Corey arrived at the specified time and was very pleasant and professional. He did a very good job on both the stretching and cleaning. Corey moved the large pieces of furniture and was very careful. I would recommend his work to anyone who wants a good and reasonably priced job done.

I just love Champion carpet care, the carpets look great when they are done, they are always available when I need them, they come in on time and the price is good, they send you reminders including fun information. I've been using them for a long time..... How did we find out about them about 10 years ago? Our real state agent, very well known in town. We had to replace a little piece of carpet in our bedroom, it looks like new.

Did excellent job. They go the extra mile. Have several friends that use them as well.

It turned out very well. He is very good. I would say he is probably not as cheap as other companies but he does an excellent job. It's family owned and he comes by himself. He does an excellent job. He is very personable. I trust him. I highly recommend him. I don't have anything bad to say about him. He is a nice person, Christian person, family man. It's their own business so they want to do it right.

This husband/wife team are awesome!! I originally contacted them for an estimate to stretch a living room/bedroom carpet. Couple days after they were here, our hot water heater broke, flooding a portion of our basement carpet. I called them at 7 p.m. on a Sunday evening, she called me back at 9 p.m. and they were at my house my 9:30 p.m. to pull the wet carpet up, pull the wet pad out and let the drying begin. Corey did an awesome job, always showed up at the agreed upon time, and did a thorough and awesome job! I definitely would recommend Champion Carpet & will be calling them soon to stretch my living room carpet.

Our first experience with Champion didn't go well at all. All Corey did was come into our rental house and take one super fast look at the carpet and say he's not cleaning it and left. He (Corey) wouldn't even discuss the matter with us like a true professional. To be super honest, this carpet - when steam cleaned - turns out looking a lot better than anyone could possibly imagine. We have used Sears in previous years with very good results. Please take heed of the following: if you have any indoor house pets, you may get FALSELY accused of having feces on your floor - like Corey did us. Since Corey FALSELY accused us of that, we will never again use his services. He has ruined his reputation. I will NOT recommend anyone to "Champion". Corey will lie to you in your face like he did us. The carpet in this rental house is very likely the original carpet put down back in the 1970's and has accumulated tons of dirt throughout the years and all we wanted was a simple cleaning. Corey refused claiming we had an extreme amount of pet urine and feces on and in the carpet when all it really was was pure dirt.

He is great. His work is excellent. He made our thirteen-year old carpet look brand new. He did a fantastic job. He is going to do more carpet cleaning for me soon.

We had accidentally burnt our carpet and they were able to come out to repair the spot. It looks great hard to find. They do a great job cleaning the carpets. They recently came out to stretch our carpet the other day when there was a bump in it. Same day he came to check the problem he fixed it. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional.

They told me what the right way to clean the carpets. They cleaned the carpet and brought them back. They did a good job. They are the only ones I will ever use. They send me pamphlets every month telling me how to do different things like how to use the baking soda or diriment things you have in the kitchen. They also send me recipes. They are very personable.

They were real good. He just did a really good job. He came in and did the job. He got here on the date that he said he would. It took him the amount of time he said he would take. He moved all the furniture and put it all back. The carpet is now clean. They did a really good job. They were as cheap as anybody else as well.
