 + -1 moreAt the office he explained exactly what he was going to do. After surgery he told me what was done. I had a follow up visit, when he checked the condition of the scar and assured me there would be hardly any scar to see.
Description of Work: I had to have a cartilage buildup on my forehead removed, that was causing severe headaches. Dr Robert Shaw was very professional and very easy to talk to both at the office and at the hospital. I would recommend him to anyone needing plastic surgery.
