Their price came in under the estimate. They quality of their work was very good. They started, and then the two guys that started the job got fired. It was seven weeks later when the job was finished. Yes, I would absolutely use this provider again in the future.

Pleasant experience - helpful, knowledgeable staff

We were wanted to and quot;refreshand quot; our 13 year old landscaping. Henry, the contractor, worked with us to provide drawings and ideas for renewing the appearance of the existing landscape. We were able to select the plants that appealed to us and worked with Henry to incorporate them in the design. The work was completed in two days and we love it! Lots of compliments from our neighbors! Would definitely recommend Carson's for any landscaping work.

They called 10 minutes past the appointment time letting me know they wouldn't be able to make it.

Gave me a detailed estimate with details of which plants would be used. Set a definite time by phone, showed up and did the work over 2 days.

They were a little bit high priced but they have a decent selection. It takes a little time to get waited on there because they get pretty busy but it is set up pretty nice, as far as that goes. It is a popular shop for plants.

We went into Carson's Nursery and were impressed with their inventory. We recently moved to Ozark and wanted to have someone come out to give us a landscape plan for the front and back yard as well as removing rock that the beds currently have. We arranged for Henry to come out and survey the property, listen to what we had in mind, give us professional advice and draw up a landscape plan with cost estimate. He came out, and then told us to give him about 2 weeks to get back with us. This was in June of 2012. After four weeks, we stopped in to Carson's Nursery to check on the progress with our plan and talk to Henry. He was not in, so we left our name, address, and phone (in case he had lost the original) with a message, and asked the girl at the front to give it to him. We NEVER heard from him or from Carson's Nursery again. Very weird! It is now February 2013, and still no one has contacted us, and we refuse to go back in again to check on it. We have written off this nursery. We will get a plan from another nursery.

I bought the two maple trees, they delivered and planted them. They have given me advice on how to care for them and even sent personnel out when I have requested them to evaluate the trees progress in the past year and a half that I have had them planted. Again, I am very pleased with the service and product.

We stopped at the nursery between Nixa and Springfield and were immediately greeted by one of the employees. She was incredibly knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. She answered all of our questions clearly and honestly, even when they strayed a bit from what one would expect a landscaper to know about various species and when we pushed a bit for personal preferences and comparisons. We wandered around the lot for a while and then asked another employee other questions based on having seen other plants and trees during our excursion through the expansive facility. Then, after about an hour of looking around, we felt we could make good, informed decisions about what particular trees and shrubs to plant on our property to give us the best chance of their survival as well as doing what they were supposed to do: provide privacy in some places, shade in some places, grow tall in some places, stay below the power lines in other places, etc. Since we were buying taller trees, we decided to pay the extra charge (half again the cost of the tree) to have them delivered and planted. The cost included root stimulator, mulching, and a one year guarantee on the tree, so although it ended up being a bit pricey, it saved us a lot of hassle, the possibility of doing something wrong in the planting process, and the agony of worrying about whether we'll have the expense of replacing dead trees next spring. Knowing Carson's will replace trees that don't make it is a blessing. Carson's also took care of calling Dig Rite, and they gave us flags so we could indicate where in the yard we wanted particular trees planted. A week before the trees were to be delivered, City Utilities came out and marked the location of water and gas lines. The day before the trees arrived, Carson's called to confirm delivery date and time. They showed up right when they said they would, worked diligently, and left the yard in good shape upon their departure.

I am extremely please with Carson's. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!!!

They plant trees and plants. They've got their business down by the James river. My stepdaughter's used them in the past planting trees. They've been very nice and efficient.
