BUCK STOVE & SPA

I had bought parts for my spa in Buck before and that was ok. They are overpriced, but due to the decent service I received I went ahead with my order. Thinking that the service was good in the store, when I was looking to get some parts for a stove pipe I went back to Buck Stove and Spa. The part I got was not the correct part. When I purchased the part I was told if it didn't work, bring it back. I was never led to believe that there would be a problem. When I took the part back, I was told no returns. I was also told there would be a re-stocking fee. The man I dealt with upon bringing the part back was a jerk, and walked away while I was talking to him. This is the owner of the business. They ended up unwillingly taking the part back. The lady who returned the item thought I threatened her (when I said I will report the business practice to the BBB). I will NEVER go to Buck Stove and Spa again, and have told everyone my experience. We are in a small town where every customer counts...and every customer experience counts. My impression is that Buck Stove and Spa does not care about customers and customer experience.
