It went smooth, he or his guys were ontime each day they were supposed to they finished three days earlier than they had told me and when he came out to estimate he asked me my budget, so I told him how much I had to work with and he told me what he could do. He supplied all materials at a near wholesale price, and I was able to live in the house while they worked. He ended up tearing out a portion of the floor where they had pieced in a square from an old air return, and spent a half a day replaceing and LACEING in the new floor to match the old, you cant even tell it was ever there, and he didnt charge me a penny more to do it.
Description of Work: I moved into this house, 60 years old, and the hardwood floors were cupping and buckleing, and the finish was wearing off, also the master bathroom had carpet and the subfloor was rotten and swollen. I had seen one of Josh's trucks near by and called the number knowing I didnt have enough money to have done what I wanted, I still wanted an estimate to know what I would be working towards. About 700 square feet of old hardwood to be refinished, and 90 square feet of tile to be done.
