Always showed up as promised. Flexible and knowledgeable allowing for our ideas. Reasonable prices. Completed these 2 seperate (driveway drainage and berm)jobs in timely fashion. However, 3 of the shrubs were dead and after multiple calls to John, the owner, and trips to the retail outlet over 4 months,John has not replaced them. The person who provided the good quality, dependable services no longer works there, The retail outlet appears to be closed (never open on answering calls when I have driven by or called). So I have dramatically down graded my original rating since they no longer seem to be dependable, responsive, punctual or professional. I feel that if I were to initiate the projects today my experience would be totally different from what it was last winter when it was completed.
Description of Work: Design, plant large berm. Solve driveway drainage/erosion problems created by other contractors in cost effective, minimally invasive manner. Adjusted slope, made shallow drainage ditch, installed culvert pipe under driveway, spread gravel and topsoil, layed mulch mat and planted grass seed. Delivered & spread good quality, (not clay or rocky) top soil.
