They were great. I'm planning to use them again on March. A friend recommended them to me. It's like you see all the ads and stuff like oh my gosh the carpets where like sapping wet when they left. I got dogs so they treated some spots and once the carpet they were still there. They did a great job. The guy was awesome.

I called this company in the AM and asked if there was any chance they could get my carpet done that same day and they said sure! Appointment scheduled for same day, early afternoon and the guys called and asked if they could come a little early which was great for me. They arrived, cleaned and treated my carpet. My carpet looks fantastic now and they were polite and professional and I couldn't be more pleased. I have a carpet shampoo machine but I suspect it won't be used any more, as this company can do it faster and better than I can. Great job and great people.

Called business number - arranged a service date quickly. My service was scheduled for 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon. Young man called around noon and asked if it was okay to come to my home a little early. I was ready for his service and he came shortly thereafter. He started and finished the job with great courtesy and efficiency. He was very kind and respectful of my home. I ave used this service in December of 2012. They recommended return service is six months. I complied and was quite happy - it took a little over 3 hours to drive and the smell was clean! My carpet looked brand new once again.

I placed a call to the vendor last week - scheduled my cleaning on one (1) bedroom. We made the appointment for today at 1:00 p.m. The two men arrived on time and in less than 20 minutes my carpet looked brand new! They were professional and courteous! Will definately use this company again and have NO problems recommending them to friend and/or family.

He cleaned for 2 and 1/2 hours and it looked good when done. All but one stain removed.
