Description of Work: After shopping extensively for a new mattress at several different stores, we decided to purchase from this company for four reasons: price, explanation of product, deameanor/helpfulness of staff, free delivery. We initially talked to one sales rep, who was very attentive but not pushy, and provided a lot of information. We then returned after "shopping around" and again asked several questions of this same sales rep. We returned again on a different day (our initial rep's day off) and made the purchase. We were assisted by another staff member who was just as accommodating as the first and, again, not at all pushy. She voluntarily assured us that the sale would be credited to the original sales rep. The company offered free delivery (compared to other stores who charged a delivery fee) and we received the mattress within a couple of days. The delivery team was very professional, friendly, and careful. In fact, they discovered when unwrapping the box spring set that it had a tear in the cover. They marked the delivery sheet and brought us a new box spring two days later. While it is too early to determine how well the mattress will hold up, we certainly can recommend this company for their professionalism and helpfulness. Unlike other retailers, they did not try to sell us additional products or the highest-priced mattress in the store. We are very pleased with this shopping experience.
