Initially I was pleased, as Jeff Murphy seemed knowledgeable and did what looked like a good job applying the window film. Some time later, the film developed a light distortion effect that caused mid-day sun to diffract through the film and make my windows look unbelievably dirty. You could tell it was the film by looking at it closely and because of the uniformity of the "dirty" pattern. He came to look at it and confirmed it was the film, but said he had never seen anything like it before. He initially said that he could get the manufacturer to honor the lifetime warranty and replace the film. After a series of phone calls and emails lasting years and providing conflicting information, I have come to believe that Jeff has been lying to me and just won't help me resolve the issue. He has said everything from "the manufacturer has agreed to replace the film", "manufacturer has never seen this before", "manufacturer is having this problem with a lot of customers and I am filing a class action lawsuit." He has now stopped replying to my inquiries. I have recently contacted the manufacturer directly and they said the problem should be taken care of and they referred me to another local window tinting company, who thus far is being very responsive.
