He could have done an option that would cost $1,000 but saved me with a bypass. Very good work. I have a friend whose ford truck needed repair Pep Boys and couldnt find the problem, this place fixed his truck and it runs great.

I really cannot say enough good things about this business. I have taken both of my vehicles to them on numerous occasions and never have they not been able to diagnose and fix my problem - often a much less expensive problem than I had thought it was when I took it in. They are honest and fair and I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Just last week an oil change shop (I only went there instead of Autotronics because I bought a gift certificate at a charity auction) told me my car needed $1000.00 worth of repairs. I took it to Autotronics for a second opinion and was given the truth - there were a couple of things I need to watch but no repairs needed at this time. I told the owner that I would not be bidding on any more certificates at charity auctions and he told me to go ahead and bid and bring the certificate to him and he would redeem it for what I paid for it. HOW AWESOME IS THAT????? Seriously folks, if you need car repair go to Autotronics - you will not be sorry!!!

I trust these guys to do just what is needed. I once thought I had a bad starter and opted to take it to them because I was too sick to change it. Well, they saved me money by diagnosing a mis-aligned tailgate latch. Great follow-up on things if needed also.

We pulled in from traffic because of the knocking sound in the engine. We did not have an appointment and they did not know us from Adam. They looked at the engine and went through the problems with me in great detail, explaining all the needed repairs. He was very honest with me and said that he could not get it fixed the same day. Because of my situation, living in Joplin, he offered me a loaner vehicle to drive until he was able to fix the engine problems I was having. All he charged me was the gas that I used. This greatly impressed me, especially since we had never been there before. They always get the job done, and they do it right! I continue to use them when I am in Springfield and the need arises. I have always been treated far better than any expectations I had. I would definitely recommend them.
