The service was awesome! The technicians Donnie and Jason were friendly and professional. They replaced my furnace and brought my ventilation up to code.

Could not have been happier with their service. They came out on a Sunday with no notice within 12 mins. I live in Spokane MO and we were extremely excited to have such responsiveness!

We use them since we were off the road. They are wonderful. They came as quickly as possible. They let you know when they're coming. They tell you what your options, he lets you know if he can't fix it. They also look for the best price. We use them for years.

The repair technician arrived early. He was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes after arriving. He completed the required repairs and tune up of the furnace in approximately one hour.

We had a good experience w/ ATS. We were in a bit of a pinch as our furnace was not running well at all and we discovered we had a cracked heat exchanger right before a cold snap so time wasn't really on our side. We obtained 3 bids and ATS was competitive w/ one of the others but was able to deliver and install sooner so after some discussion (and negotiation) we went w/ ATS. One thing that we appreciated was the level of professionalism and genuineness that the guys demonstrated. I think this was a win/win and we were happy w/ the service and price. We would definitely hire/recommend this company to others. Based on our experience they don't play games to try and take you to the cleaners.

It was only a couple of months ago, but installation went well. They came back to install a filter and found a minor issue, but made sure it was taken care of. The owner was responsive and wanted to make sure the job was done right. He came out himself during part of the installation and follow up.

Extremely well. I spoke with Jamie on the phone 3 times and each time she very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The technician, Matt, was also courteous, knowledgeable and diligent. The experience that I had today from ATS is an example of how excellent businesses operate. Thank you

Great! The repairman quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. No problems!

Cleaned furnace and replaced filters.

Mixed results as seen in the three phases; 1 initial technical evaluation; from the service technician; VERY GOOD; punctual, professional and very informative; thorough inspection and testing to identify failed component (blower fan motor) and condition of others; rust and corrosion of internal drip plate, blocked condensate tubing and nonoperative condensate pump motor, degraded circuit board condition. 2 purchase options; fair, due to late show and no call for over 45-60 min. No apology for late arrival from "owner" who seemed annoyed to have to sub for employee out due to illness. (initial impression=customer service was less than expected, especially given that he was not just any employee). Perhaps my being a current customer (AC purchased last year) suggested to him no need to invite my business. He did give thorough explanation of options and comparison of available models and numerous available add-ons and respective costs. Spent adequate time and left sufficient information for review afterwards in making my decision. Inspection of recent AC unit purchased from same company resulted in suggestion that outside power source connection should have been replaced at time of AC install. Later the owner reneged on this. Perhaps not buying the top of the light highest efficiency furnace had something to do with his change of heart! 3. install; fair to poor. Arrived slightly later than expected (< 60 min) Informed me of 1/2 day install time or less. Worked 9 - 5 without lunch break (despite my suggestion that the do take meal break)) Leader continuously gave newer employee a very hard time with rude remarks and limited verbal of physical assistance as the new guy struggled to make progress. Very poor communication skills. New employee was apologetic and courteous with good communication skills but poor data base due to lack of experience. Workers required full payment and my signature to document my understanding and agreement of the multipoint checklist reportedly done upon completion of installation. They refused to give me a copy for my records. Only stated that the furnace was tested and was ready to use. They asked if I was satisfied and "How did the new furnace look?" I declined to comment. Clean up was good not excellent. End product was fair with unnecessary obstructing location of gas access pipe that represented hazard to impact leg/hip as entering storage area. Relocated filter access from poor original location to better location but makeshift access panel is difficult to manage; ( screw fall out each time filters changed and panel slides poorly.) Prior to furnace use, the next morning, a Saturday, my wife and I inspected the new installation and detected a strong gas odor. The utility company was called and as instructed we left the house until their arrival < 60 min. HAND LOOSE COUPLING from main gas line to furnace were easily determined to be the source of large gas leakage. Utility workers promptly reviewed the reused pipe materials used and made a proper connection and retested to confirm no leakage. This dangerous situation could have been catastrophic had we turned on the furnace to run and heat the house. No apology was made for this grossly negligent gas line connection. I have since notified the company of this poor workmanship and the danger it represented should not need explanation. I have not heard from the owner, as at least an apology from him would be in order. Overall rating is higher than expected as the quality of the new equipment was good by nature. Negligence to safely and adequately connect the furnace to the main gas line deserves an F rating. Customer service was fair at best. In the past all the service calls and the technicians have been good to excellent in every category of ratings. This includes the last visit which I requested that someone knowledgable and with good people skills , come out and RECHECK the final installation status for proper completion and safety. PS I have recently learned of replacement of employees with substandard performance. Hopefully, my next service call will be up to standard. ( New furnace installation provides one year of 2 "free" maintenance service calls: at beginning of summer and winter seasons.)

I use them, I highly recommend them. They're very good, it's very reasonable even if you have emergency service they'll send you the maintenance contract which will actually lower your cost considerably.

Slight delay in ordering part; otherwise service was professional and reasonably priced. Service call was $69 vs $125 from anothre firm.

The guy is professional and has rich exps about heating. He gave us a few tips about care the system. Additionally, they have one year warranty about their works.

ATS called me within a few minutes from my request for possible same day service. Daniel Brown was able to repair my washing machine within a few hours of my first contact with ATS. Service was fast, dependable, affordable and friendly! Daniel has repaired our dishwasher and our refrigerator in the past. He is able to provide feedback on what the problem is and options for repair. I definitely will continue to use ATS for our appliances and for heating/cooling. Excellent service!

The call receiver was very nice and gave almost exact Info. The guy who showed up was acting like a brain surgeon gave a bunch of estimates on repairs that is going to coast me 1100$ for labor and material They charged me 90$ for the visit and the advise, but did not even change the filter.

Ryan was very professional and informative. Ryan replaced the thermocoupler and also did a diagnostic check on the furnace, our furnace is an old furnace, over 30yrs old. He spent the time to explain what was going on with our furnace and to make sure that the furnace was going to work properly for us.

Getting bids on new unit. Would highly recommend ATS, got us into a very busy Monday schedule which was much appreciated!
