ATS Heating & Cooling

Description of Work: I had an upstairs A/C system not cooling properly. Tech checked the indoor unit and found the fan was not getting a "Hi-Speed" signal. He corrected that and then checked the R-22 charge of the system and added refrigerant. System works great again. Took less than 1 hour. The technician, Ryan Coulter, was punctual on arrival and was a very pleasant young man.

Description of Work: I noticed the temperature was rising in the house despite the fact the ac was turning on. Then I noticed the fan on the unit was not working. I called this company after having left a message with another supposedly reputable company. It was after work hours but they still called back that evening and said they would be there the next day. The first company I called and left a message for NEVER called me back. ATS arrived late morning the next day, recongnized the problem, took care of it, and gave us a military 10 per cent discount. We had a coupon from Angies list but forgot to use it. Our air conditioner is only 6 years old but it is huge unit and we could have been told it was a much costlier repair. I fee that they were prompt, honest, and very competent and would highly recomment ATS @ 417-831-5344.

Description of Work: the technican showed up on time; on a 100 degree day, went right to work on ac unit, explaining to me all the while what the problem was. Turned out it was just a burned out capacitor, replaced it and recharged my refrigerant. I was more than pleased with the professionalism and courteous manner he displayed. price was great; no sales pitch for uneeded new unit. I will reccomend this company to everybody i know. Thank u ATS for restoring my belief that there still are reputable companies not out to rip you off!!

Description of Work: Our air conditioner started making noises and my wife called me at work. I came home and got on Angie's list to find a reputable HVAC company. From my research on Angie's list I found ATS and gave them a call. It was one of the hottest days of the year and I thought that I may be on some type of waiting list. I was able to have a repairman at my home in just 2 hours. From the person that I spoke to on the phone to the serviceman the entire experience was great. The price to fix my problem and service my 2 air conditioners was very reasonable.
