Description of Work: Tried to troubleshoot problem. could not find issue. Listed possible solutions and gave me info to repair myself. Also gave a price for ATS to provide work. Advice provided me with enough info to finish repair myself.

Description of Work: ATS installed a duct-less mini split system that I purchased from a company on the internet. This company supplied everything needed except very minor things which ATS included in the installation price. We are very happy with the work. It seemed to take much less time than they estimated and I think these systems would be more popular if the installation was not so expensive.

Description of Work: Performed a furnace tune up, cleaning and a 12 point inspection. Everything went well. Technician seemed knowledgeable, did his job and was very friendly. He found no problems. I plan to have them tune up my air conditioner later in the year. | |The only constructive criticism I would offer - the technician arrived late; I assumed he wasn't coming. It would have been nice to have received a call to let me know.

Description of Work: Heat went out on new years eve. He was able to come out in the afternoon and discovered it was just a fan belt. It's an old furnace and he didn't have the belt. The parts store was closed but came out on the 2nd with the part and got us working quickly.

Description of Work: This time I used them to do a checkup on a rental house's heating and air. |I have used them many times and have always been satisfied with their work and their pricing.

Description of Work: Checked leaking AC/Furnace. Showed problem gave quote. Fixed and checked freon in AC. Very nice and helpful service tech. Delayed service time caused by rain storm. I had a previous quote from another company for a repair last year. I ended up doing repair myself. But previous company quote was $750 and ATS PRINTED quote for same repair $450!
