 + -1 moreI just switched to them about a month ago. AT & T Wireless - Springfield gave us a good offer and since we have our cell phones with them we decided to give them a try. So far we have had a lot of trouble with our TV service. We have 6 TV's and were told we would be able to watch all of them but we can only use 4. We were told one price for the services we wanted and then it is completely different. I would give them and overall rating of F and I am not sure if I will stay with them. We were told we would not be under contract and was advised we are in fact under a contract for one year. I wished we had never switched. The responce time for service is 100 percent better then our last company because. AT & T comes out within 24 hours where as our other company was 2 or 3 days.
Description of Work: I use AT & T Wireless - Springfield for my internet and cable provider.
