Our company provides professional residential housecleaning top to bottom, move in, move out, commercial, as well as before & after party clean-up. To better serve you we do all of our estimates face to face and determined cost by the job to make sure we can give you the best pricing possible. Its important for me to make sure that every customer is satisfied with the work I preform. To insure that every customer is satisfied we will do a walk-through together before I leave your home, at the end of the walk-through I ask that you sign off only if your 100% satisfied .

Description of Work: Clara has been coming to my home every two weeks to do the basic cleaning like vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting and cleaning bathrooms. So far she has satisfactory cleaned my house four times. I am getting older and to have a pleasant, trustworthy person come into my home and leave it clean and smelling great has been a great experience. I really appreciate her and the job she does. She is a hard worker. It is also nice to have the same person every time. I know what to expect and how to get hold of her when there is a special need.

Ok, missed areas.
Description of Work: Carla is very sweet. She came to may house twice to clean. The first time, she had difficulty finding my home and so only cleaned a portion of my house and said that she would come back to finish. She came back a week later when my husband was home and still failed to clean the areas that she didn't clean the first time (our bedroom and bathroom) and she charged my husband for another full cleaning. I believe there was some miscommunication but I really like clean bathrooms.
