Carla and Kevin did an excellent job. Our schedule is very busy, which sometimes hard to coordinate with service providers. Carla was so courteous, professional and accommodating that she made it easy. She arrived on time, needed no direction and got all the details right. I plan to begin hiring her on a regular basis.

Went well. Does a good job especially in the bathroom. I do need to put things back in place but it only takes a minute and I'm picky. Is very happy and joyful while here.

Contacted Carla to clean on a short notice to get ready for guest and she squeezed us in. We were very pleased and hired her to come and clean on a bi-weekly basis. The house always looks and smells great, we are very pleased.

They are here promptly at 8.30 and very friendly. She brings her own supplies, unless there is something else I would like for them to use. After getting to know them I'm so comfortable with her that I have left for appointments and asked her to lock up. They also get along great with my dog, which is great because he is large and likes to play which doesn't bother them. I read some of the reviews about some rugs not being placed down after mopping, but I prefer this in the bathroom. I've had another company mop the floors and put the rugs down while the floor was still wet and the carpets stick to the floor. Kevin also helps me move furniture when I'm doing deep spring cleaning (which she says, "let me do it!", but I like to myself:) I would definitely recommend Carla and Kevin to people who are looking for a professional house cleaner that's down-to-earth and trust worthy in your home. Thanks to you two I'm freed up and have more time to take care of the other things I need to do on my check-list!

Carla does an okay job. I am a little "picky" but I have had better house cleaners in the past. I always have to put things back in their place, forgets to vacuum closets, and runs the vacuum along my baseboards which leaves marks that I continually clean up. She is prompt and always there when she says she will be. I just hate paying for something when I have to go back and clean up afterwards.

Carla does an excellent job of cleaning. She does the floors at the very last so when I come home I always have to replace all the throw rugs and put away the mops, brooms and cleaning supplies though. Other than that small annoyance, I'm quite satisfied. But you certainly need to plan ahead if someone is coming to your house that evening!

She cleaned the floors, windows, cabinets, baths and our sun porch.

Rooms cleaned were either carpet, tile or wood floors. Dusted all rooms and in the kitchen cleaned stainless steel appliances. The cleaning went well each week, and then we cut back to every two weeks and the quality of the cleaning remained the same. This individual will use her cleaning supplies, but will clean with your supplies if you prefer your items due to more "green" or environmentally safe supplies. She came around 12:30pm and cleaned until approximately 4:30pm. Her four hour rate is $90.00. Never had any problems with this individual and if you wanted some area to be cleaned that needed special attention you just had to inform her of your needs. Very pleasant person to speak with and worked steadily during the four hours she was here. We used her because my wife and I were recovering from an injury and surgery. Would use her again in similar situations.

She did a great job! she dusted everything and even did the base boards. Cleaned the oven and the refrigerator as well. I was very pleased with her services and plan to use here again.

Everything went well. I was pleased. Carla is very personable. She did what I asked of her. She will clean twice a month. I'm so glad I found her.

From the estimate to the completion of the work Carla could not have been earier to work with. She was on time, friendly and easy to communicate with f what I needed. Our home was so shiny and clean, it was the best money I have ever spent. I have already recommended her to my friends. She is a very hard worker and takes proud in the job she does. If you have any cleaning needs you should hire Carla!!!!

It fwent very well. She was on time to give estimate and was on time when she came to clean. I will definately use her in the future. In fact we set a date for next month.

So far we are happy - she comes each week. Honest and reliable!

I was really pleased with Carla. I have tried other services that cost the same but only performed half the work. My house smelled amazing when it was done, and I am overall much less stressed having found a cleaning service that I intend to use once a month to help me out. She picked up on details that I didn't have on my list, and even cleaned the crayon markings off the front door! I can't say enough nice things about her!

I've had several housecleaning services over the years; some good, some great, some not worth the phone call. Carla with ASAP is one of the great ones. I believe she started with us the first of June and comes bi-monthly. Her prices are very reasonable, she is beyond trustworthy and best of all, she does a very thorough job. From blinds to pictures, everything is dusted, the kitchen and baths shine and the floors look and feel great. The house smells wonderful and we have a large elderly dog indoors. Anything extra I want Carla to do she gladly does. Once it was whipping our side porch into shape after winter neglect, another time I asked her to devote extra time and attention to the upstairs for upcoming guests. She will do our laundry, wash windows, organize the cabinets, whatever. I have never been disappointed in her work.As for Carla..., she is truly a nice, honest person. She's always pleasant and easy to talk to. I'm really happy to have found her and thankful the other service was horrible at returning calls.
