Eric an Isaiah worked so well together it was a pleasure to watch. They did not seem uncomfortable with me watching an they and they answered all my questions. They were very professional an knew exactly how to handle the problem. I have used Arnie’s for other problems and have been pleased with the service. They will continue to be my company

I was able to schedule service the same day. The plumber, Eric, contacted me when he was on his way to our home and arrived right on time. Eric prepared the area in the bathroom to make sure it stayed clean and dry, checked to make sure a wax ring replacement was the only problem, removed the toilet and cleaned underneath before replacing the wax ring, re-installed the toilet, and checked thoroughly to make sure it was working properly. He even adjusted the floater in the tank. Eric was knowledgeable, capable, took the time to answer all my questions yet worked very quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call Arnie's Plumbing again with plumbing jobs.

It went pretty well. I have no complaints about Elliot or Arnie. They were both solid and professional. He gave me a military discount for which I’m grateful. It was weekend work and the rate is $127 and hour. And $50 for the big snake.

tallThey were great to work with! They came in and discovered we had 2 bad set of hardware. While they worked on one sink, we purchansed new hardware and they continued on with the install. Great job!

Fast, efficient, professional, and affordable.

I didn't have time to shop around but was told they did good work. I think the work was very good. I looked it over at the time and it seemed just right but later it seemed that the outside could have looked a bit better. It seemed expensive to me but that might be the going rate. It took perhaps 8 weeks before they were able to do the job. I think I may have been forgotten at some point because when I finally called them things seemed to get moving. Everyone was courteous and professional.

The service person arrived on time and promptly replaced the faucets in all three bathrooms. Labor charge was per hour, exactly as I had been informed by the secretary who scheduled the service. The work was as good as can be expected. I was pleased in every way. I will be working with Arnie's in the future.

Was given cost for plumbing and heater/AC separately. AC and heating cost to high so asked if they would do plumbing only. The price jumped by a lot. Every plumber does venting for HAV man the cost is included. Arnies wanted to charge way to much.

At first it took a long time for them to call us back. When we did call to speak with Arnie, they kept telling us to call back at 7:30-7:45 a.m. otherwise he was gone for the day. At that time of day, we?re getting kids off to school etc., and the receiptionist never offered to have Arnie call us back. Then when after several weeks, we were able to connect - and we were the ones who did all the work in trying to reach him - not the other way around, it was several weeks before he could come out. The morning he was to arrive I was waiting at home and called to verify he was coming - my husband took time off work, rescheduled his own appointments to be in town for when Arnie came to install the gas line. When we called, the receptionist said he couldn?t come because his wife was getting out of the hospital. Although we completely understand that his first priority is his family, it would have been nice if he could have asked one of his other qualified staff to come and do the job, or to at least call us before we had to call and find out ourselves. Eventually, a week or so later, one of Arnie?s workers did come out and install the gas line, however it was a very frustrating experience - poor communication. Having said that, now that the job is done, the cooktop is working fine and all seems well. We are very thankful for that. And we truly hope Arnie?s wife is doing better and again, appreciate that he is a good husband and takes good care of his wife.

Arnie's did great work at a reasonable price. Their estimate was equal or well below a number of other similar services. Very impressed with their efforts and their service-orientation. All of their workers were friendly and polite. All were very diligent in their work and the clean-up. In terms of value, I think Arnie's is hard to beat.

Arnie, the owner, Gene, Andy & Elliott were efficient, courteous, and answered all my questions & concerns. I never felt rushed or just 'another customer'. They did exactly what I needed and wanted. I had taken off from work for a week knowing this would be a long project. They worked around my schedule, showed up on time and had great communication skills knowing I had to get this project completed in a 4 day time span. Arnie and his 3 employees were great. I would definately use their services again, if needed, and highly recommend this business. I couldn't have asked for a better group of guys to meet my needs in an efficient, effective manner. They made me feel at ease and I was very comfortable with them in my home. With everything going on and the relief that the project was completed before the weekend, I even forgot to print out the Angie's list coupon to give to them for the 5% discount. I'm confident I could have called them to subtract the discount on the total services and they would have given me credit. But being a business owner myself, I personally considered the excellent customer service I received far outweighed the $18 coupon/discount I would have saved via Angie's List. Customer service is a dying art form in this competitive business world and Arnie's plumbing is at the top of their game in their industry. Thanks guys!

Overall they did great work on two houses in the neighbor hood. They had great equipment and good workers.

The day after Christmas, out of town family was here with more arriving. The basement John Deere and furnace room flooded with water and sewage. I called Arnie's Plumbing Service, they promptly came out and replaced the check value that day! They were very polite and professional.

No problems whatsoever! Vickie was wonderful to set everything up and the work was performed with me. Nothing to worry about anything. Didn't even think about comparing bids. Trusted Archei's from referrals - Right choice!
