Description of Work: I asked them to replace shut-off valves under each sink in the rental property. I also asked them to give me an estimate on replacing the faucet for the master bathroom shower. I specifically asked them not to talk with the tenant, only talk to me. They replaced the shower faucet, because the tenant told them to do so, and they only replaced shut-off valves under one sink. In addition, they tried to sell the tenant a new faucet for the kitchen sink. I had called a couple of times to tell them NOT to discuss the work with the tenant. I was assured that they knew who would be paying the bill. The unauthorized work is approximately 2/3 of the bill.

They were very good. They were prompt, and explained to me what was gong on with each step. They took care of putting all of the dirt back, smoothing it out, and having the inspector come and inspect the work. They were excellent. The price was also excellent. I would use this provider again.
Description of Work: Arnie's Plumbing Service, Inc. dug up the water line from my house to the meter and repaired a leak. They also repaired a sewer pipe in the back yard.
