They came out to treat my home on 6/30/16. They sprayed my home indoors with a contact pesticide all along the base boards and kitchen cabinets and counter tops. Sprayed around the outside perimeter of the house with a pesticide that slowly infects the hive and is supposed to Wipe them all out. They said it could take up to 14 days for that to happen. That never happened! On day 14, I literally awoke to a thousand ants on my kitchen counter going after an apple in our fruit bowl. I called them, and tried to have them come back out and retreat our home, but they indicated that they were busy, and the earliest they could schedule me was 6 days in the future. I could not wait a week with my ant problem, so I had to invest in pesticides myself and combat the problem. Their service is a waste of money, as I was charged $99, and it did not do anything for my ant problem. Their 30 day guarantee won't help if they are too busy to come back to treat again. This service was garbage.

Very well. Professional, quick, educated. We've not seen a pest since. They looked under rocks, exposed tree bark, looked for ant trails in the yard, and went well out of their way to perform a thorough evaluation.

They do a great job and get it done. Great work and very nice people to work with - I would highly recommend them.

I have used him for 2 years now. He is excellent and very prompt. I do not have insect problems. I did have to call them back once and they came back and resprayed free of charge.

They were recommended by friends when we moved into a new home last year in May 2012. Three issues with them - first time I called, returned call and scheduled service visit. Showed up and were professional. Told me that if I wanted to schedule a recurring service there was a discount. Told technician that I did and to pass that along to the office. Well, they never did. Blew it off and called back again in October to have house sprayed again. Left message, no return call. Called again. They came out and sprayed and were very nice. Just called about a week and a half ago and left a message. AGAIN, no return call. Having issues again with garden spiders. I live just outside city limits and am in a woodsy area. I rather expect that I will get spiders. I am a little concerned that I have had to have the house treated twice already (getting ready for a third time) and just not sure if it's the exterminator or where we live now. What I am NOT happy about is the complete and total lack of follow up. I should also add that their website says to text them. Don't bother they don't reply to that either.

I was very pleased with this company. I called and was able to schedule for them to come out the next day. I know it was a small job, but still meant a lot to me that they were able to work me in so quickly. He not only was able to take care of it fast, but also he sprayed our overhang on our house to keep the wasps from coming back, and sprayed inside our garage for spiders. Very friendly and personable, and should I need extermination services again, I will definitely be using this company again.

The person who came to spray was on time, friendly, and professional. We chatted about the heat and learned he was from my part of the country. He got busy promptly and finished within about 15 minutes. Was clear on what he was doing and why and reported on all the ant nests he was finding outside. I left on vacation soon after, and came home to an insect-free home. Perfect.

Very well. The service was prompt and thorough and the prices were fair. So far, I think our problem has been resolved, but they told us to give them a call if we continued to see ants and they would come back. I would certainly use them again.

We called and had an appointment the next day. They arrived at the time we scheduled and did a thorough extermination of the ants in our home. They even offered to remove a wasp nest from our deck free of charge. We are 10 days out and ant free. Wonderful people from the company and great service.
