They sent out a high pressure salesman, which nobody likes, to look at our ceilings and give us a written estimate. The salesman was 2 hours late getting to our house, and did not get out to our house until 9:00 PM! Despite everything, he had quoted us the best price, so we went ahead and signed a contract for them to come out the next day to do the texturing. They also required us to pay half up front, which was $350.00. The salesman took the check to the bank first thing the next morning to cash it, and shortly after when the work crew showed up, the price of the job magically doubled. When I told them that I wanted my money refunded and I would find someone else to do them work, I was told that it would be no problem. A little later I was contacted by the manager, Mike Russell, stating that he would not refund my money, because he had sent workers out to do the job, and I would not let them. After several days of going round and round with Mr. Russell and having my attorney contact him, he agreed to refund $300.00 of my money. My husband went to pick up the check from Mike, and not to my surprise when we took it to the bank, the funds were not available! Their bank informed us that this was not uncommon, and we were not the only ones trying to get a check to clear off of this company. By pure luck and perseverance, we did get our money several weeks later!

This company took more than 10 months to complete a two-month project. I can never get a hold of the contractor and when I get a hold of the secretary, my messages are not returned. I was lied to about things that were done. We went more than 4 months with no kitchen or appliances. The company did not get the framing inspected until we called the inspectors office. They did not get all the permits necessary to do the job. The inspector said he could make them tear the kitchen out to allow him to check the wiring, but since we had waited so long he would let it be. There are things that they never finished and I have spent hours completing work that should have been done. I need to have them finish my yard, which is a condition in the contract, but that seems to be another thing that they cannot get done. I have paid the contract off and still cannot get a lien release with the correct info and signed by the owner, Mike Russell. I cannot get them to give me a release of lien letter. I have gone to the BBB several times to no avail. This company had to do at least half of the work two or more times before they got it right.
