All Stump Removal

I didn't talk to them my wife did, I don't think there is any problem with them as far as I know, she was able to communicate with them get answers from them I don't hear her talking about any problems. We haven't taken the tree out yet, so there is no stump to remove.

He was prompt on returning the email to set the appointment for the estimate, prompt for the appointment, reasonable on the quote, and prompt on the day of work. Would have liked to have more done, as his work was very good, but this was our budget for this year.

It's hard to find good help these days, but you can't go wrong with Kendall at All Stump Removal. He did a great job at a fair price, and saved us a lot of back-breaking labor. He was also wonderful about accommodating some special requests from our neighbor. Once he was done removing the small trees and brush, he cleaned up thoroughly and didn't leave so much as a twig behind. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service!

Kendall with All Stump Removal, was fantastic to work with. The work he did was fantastic! I had a massive Pine tree in my front yard that was dying. He removed the tree, grinded the stump and left my yard looking great. I have several trees in my backyard that are behind my privacy fence but had large branches hanging in my yard, he trimmed these. I had a large dead tree in my back yard with large pieces that had already fallen in my yard. The tree was inline with my privacy fence and acts as part of the fence so I had no fencing behind this tree. I was not prepared to totally remove the tree, so he cut it fence level with no damage to the fence. He removed all branches and limbs from my yard. I had a lot of tree branches that had been piled in the corner of my yard from previous pick up and he removed these as well. He removed a bush and grinded the stump. A lot of work in two days! I was not home during the day when the work was performed, but my neighbor commented to me that Kendall was a working machine. I had several neighbors comment on what a nice job he had done. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and would definitely work with Kendall again. Thank You Kendall!!!

The tree was very large and close to the house, Kendall went out of his way to protect not only the house, but the landscaping and yard. Overall great job! Would highly recommend!

The crew came out same day and finished up bright and early the following morning. Very prompt and courteous.

HONEST, RELIABLE, KIND & FAIR, if you want somebody like this then Kendall at ALL STUMP REMOVAL is the Company to call. Never had to worry one minute about Kendall taking advantage of our family with the price or the work being done or worry if it was going to be completed. He was very EFFICIENT and TIMELY and also very GOOD in explaining all of the work that was to be done as it was being done. Kendall and his worker, Mike, were hard-working and pleasant to deal with. I have nothing negative to say about either of them. Consulted with me on a detail rather than going ahead without my input. I thought they had the job finished in good time and did not mess around.

We first met Kendall when he gave us a bid for tree trimming at our son's house. We watched him work and he was a real professional from beginning to end with clean up. We got a bid of $475.00 for a huge dying pine tree in our front yard. It took him two days but the neighbors were so happy to see it go. He again cleaned up the yard and we were so pleased with his work. Very hard worker and great business.

Kendall came and gave us a fair quote and scheduled a time to complete the work. I was gone at work when he came to complete the job. He completed all of the work and cleaned up so well that I didn't even know he was there except for the fact the work had been completed. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Kendall for all of your yard work.

Kendall was very responsive. I sent him an e-mail from his company website for an estimate and he called back within the hour. He arrived at promptly at the scheduled time (after normal business hours) and gave me a no-hassle, no-nonsense estimate that seemed fair and reasonable for the amount of work and the equipment needed to complete the job. What was most surprising was that he said, "I can take some of it now"...and got his stump grinder off the truck and chainsaw and got to work. It's was past 6PM! He was able to complete a good portion of the work before dusk (including removal) so the fence company would be able to remove the fence ASAP. He then gave me his schedule for the next week, so he could comeback once the fence is removed to finish the job (grind the stumps out on the fence line) while the fence company is setting the new poles. On Kendall's card it says, "honest price, professional service". That is exactly what I have received to date, and the strong work ethic is obvious in the story. By the way... Kendall wouldn't accept any payment until he completed the job 100%. He said, "It keeps him motivated". I was taken back. I'll no longer need to shop around for my tree service needs.

The service was prompt and excellent. The response to my initial request for an estimate was immediate as was his arrival to assess the situation and give an estimate. His estimate was $50.00 less than the others I received. The work was performed in a timely fashion to my complete satisfaction. The debris was hauled away and the hole filled with soil so the area was ready for seeding. I would use this company again and recommend it to anyone.

Excellent experience! The owner returned my original email inquiry promptly and we set up a time for the estimate. He came out on a Saturday which was nice since I work during the week. The tree removals and additional pruning were well done. Stumps were thoroughly removed and no mess left behind. I was most impressed with the cutting back of about a dozen fir trees that were caught in a picket fence. I was really happy that we were able to save those trees. The end result looked really good. Ken was very professional and courteous. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it which is pretty rare these days. He didn't require payment until job was complete which was another plus. The price was comparable with other companies. I would definitely use his services again.

He was very thorough to ask me questions and tell me what to expect. He stated he quotes "fair prices" and when I asked for a multiple discount he explained that his prices were already low and reasonable and that he does good work and thoroughly cleans out side roots then cleans the area and debris. I have to agree he did a very nice job and took care of each detail. Yes he's worth it!!! Afterall he reground the other (jerks) work for me for free - I appreciated that! He was professional in every way. I'm glad to provide his a review here and hope that this will confirm to others to call this guy to do your job! I'm rehiring him to do lots more work next month. You will be VERY pleased.
